Despite its ultra-portable size, the V12 doesn't sacrifice any power! Its Class D amplifier boasts a mighty 1200 Watt output, enough to run virtually any cabinet a gigging bassist will encounter.

Preamp out / Power amp in

Ampeg has included a handy Preamp Out/Power Amp In feature on the V12, allowing you to take advantage of the onboard EQs and drive circuits when using other amplifiers. This allows you to use the Venture V12 as a preamplifier in combination with an external power amp, giving you access to both its tone-shaping capabilities as well as the power of a larger amp.
